Limited Job skills (Career Development)

What do you say to a mother who has never worked because after she got married and stayed at home raising her kids, but now is required by government laws to find work? What types of skills could she list on her CV that is transferable to the workplace ? How and why?

Well she obviously has people skills, child care, house care, leadership skills, etc. She could apply for jobs as a caregiver or youthworker among other things. Does she have computer skills? How many words per minute does she type? What computer applications is she familiar with (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.)?
